  • Increase Public Assistance from $22,000 ➝ $50,000

  • Boost assistance for persons living with HIV & Cancer from $14,000 ➝ $30,000

  • Raise the Old Age Pension from $41,000 ➝ $100,000

  • Provide annual Conditional Cash Transfers funded by oil & natural resource revenue

  • Introduce the ‘Thrive Grant’ for school children:

-$55,000 in Term 1

-$30,000 in Term 2

-$15,000 in Term 3

  • Public servants will receive up to a 50% scaled salary increase

  • Collaborate with businesses to raise the Private Sector Minimum Wage

  • Reduce PAYE from 25% ➝ 20%

  • Raise the Income Tax Threshold from $130,000 ➝ $200,000

  • Tie NIS pension increases to public sector wage growth

  • 🏚️ Create a 500-person capacity homeless shelter, providing reintegration programs and mental health services

  • 🧠Target vagrant-free streets through compassionate, long-term care

Solid waste is not just garbage, it is a governance issue. WIN will:

  • 🧾 Create a Solid Waste Management Act

  • 🗑️ Partner with all Local Authority Areas to enforce anti-littering laws

Accountability, Not Corruption

WIN’s Anti-Corruption Framework will clean up governance by:

  • 🛡️ Prevention & Institutional Reform

  • Create an Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (IACC)

  • Enforce mandatory public declaration of assets

  • Strengthen the Integrity Commission

  • Pass a Whistleblower Protection Law

  • ⚖️ Criminalisation & Enforcement

  • Empower the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)

  • Grant interagency, real-time access for financial crime investigation

  • Digitise government services with blockchain-backed auditing

  • End backdoor deals by removing human discretion in major transactions

  • Enact Campaign Finance Reform

  • Ban anonymous and foreign political donations

  • Hold Local Government Elections

  • Amend ministerial authority to guarantee revenue-sharing with local governments

  • Empower RDCs & NDCs with spending authority and audit mandates

  • Begin Constitutional Reform with nationwide public consultations

  • Revise critical acts:

    • Acquisition of Lands for Public Purposes (Amendment) Act 2024

    • Access to Information Act 2011
